The startup IMPACT-E is the winner of the DataCityLab program.
It offers a solution to the problem of energy poverty
in Barcelona. The company’s solution is to obtain excess energy from the installation of solar panels and redistribute it to the most vulnerable populations. To do this, the most suitable areas of Barcelona will be selected for the supply of solar energy areas of Barcelona.
